This unit is a very short walk to Merimbula’s township. Features include, two bedrooms upstairs, balcony off main bedroom, spacious lounge/dining area, new TV and new lounge.

Bedding includes: One double bed and two single beds.

You will need to provide sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels.

CHECK IN TIME IS STRICTLY 3PM and CHECK OUT TIME IS STRICTLY 10AM. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.
